An awards night worth celebrating - before the winners were even announced (for us, at least!) Tasked with modernising LABC’s awards brand and elevating its flagship black-tie dinner, we delivered a striking new identity, immersive event design, and premium print collateral that our clients loved.

Brief
Update and modernise a brandmark that felt overly masculine and create the complete collateral for the organisation’s flagship awards ceremony and dinner.
Context
As a long-standing client, this industry-leading organisation trusted us to refine their awards identity and elevate their most prestigious annual event. Inspired by a striking room-length walkway seen at another event, and with little time to spare, they challenged us to integrate all the award entries into an immersive design that would enhance the guest experience.






Creative Solution
We modernised the logo with a friendlier sans serif font in cobalt-grey and used a brighter, dynamic orange gradient across the roof-shaped brandmark. The event centrepiece was a 12x2.2m backlit walkway displaying all award entries in category order, creating a photo-worthy focal point. The accompanying luxury brochure mirrored this design, featuring soft-touch matte lamination, silver foil detailing, and a rich mix of photography and editorial content. The result was a cohesive, high-impact identity that modernised the brand while elevating the awards experience.
