March was B Corp Month a time to reflect, reset, and re-energise our commitment to doing business for good. đź’š
It's a time when businesses across the globe come together to reflect on what it means to use business as a force for good. At Soap, it gave us a moment to pause, celebrate, and recommit to the values that sit at the heart of how we work.
Because for us, being a B Corp isn’t just a badge. It’s a mindset. A lens we apply to everything from our internal culture and how we support our team, to the partnerships we form and the kind of work we take on.
What we got up to at Soap!
We started the year by diving straight into purpose-led events to learn more, connect with like-minded businesses, and keep our thinking fresh. In January, we attended the Better Business Network event in Manchester a brilliant space for honest conversations about the challenges and rewards of being part of the B-Corp community. Then in March, we kept the momentum going with PurposeFest in Bristol, where we were surrounded by bold ideas and inspiring speakers all focused on doing business differently.
Looking inward, and outward
B Corp Month was also a time to reassess our own practices. We took a good look at the small things that add up our studio footprint, how we communicate, and how we continue to support our people and our community. Sometimes it’s not about big gestures, but the everyday choices that shape our impact.
We also made space to spotlight other brilliant B Corps doing amazing things because being part of this community means learning from each other, lifting each other up, and sharing the wins.
