Developing a brand identity to support FirstPoint’s ambitious growth plans

It was great to have our first socially-distanced brand identity workshop this week with new client FirstPoint Logistics, fuelled with plenty of coffee, biscuits and of course post-it notes!

Based in Bristol, FirstPoint offers same day, next day and international courier services across a whole range of sectors including healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, publishing and tech.

With a strong focus on customer service and building lasting client relationships, the company has gone from strength to strength since its inception 4 years ago.

Now, with its ambitious growth plans over the next few years, company Directors Chris and Duncan feel that now is the right time to review its brand identity and develop a marketing strategy that gives a continuous and consistent presence in the market, and accurately reflects the brand both now and into the future. And that’s where we come in!

We are delighted to be starting our journey with the FirstPoint team and can’t wait to get stuck into this exciting project!
